signing off till sunday…
we’re off to Wales to stay here for a few days. Hoping the weather will be ok for us.
Had a nice day today. I had printed off some hundred squares last night and Alex saw them in my hand this morning and asked if we were going to “do something”. She was so excited when I said yes, she ran to Marcus and shouted “guess what we’re doing something!!” “what?” “Counting!!!!” Cue jumping round like a loon! So we did a bit of looking at that. I wanted to introduce the concept of counting in 2’s so we coloured all the ones we’d count. Did the same with 10’s. Also played I spy then gave up to do some tidying.
Went to see Kris at lunchtime where I accidentally ended up purchasing most of her Sonlight K stuff. Must get rid of some stuff I have to actually pay for it all!! Kids had a ball playing outside, I hardly saw Alex! Marcus was being a bit clingy though.
Home and I’m torn between packing or reading my instructors guides and rearranging the shelves….

have a great holiday. we are really enjoying sonlight k, but have added in sotw to make the history section a bit more interesting.

Was a lovely day. Funny how these things happen by accident, isn’t it?
Have a great holiday - btw, you left two cardigans behind. Shall have to wander over with them and the just-found Boxcar children.
