We’ve accepted the offer. The couple have been credit checked (whatever that consists of) and it seems like no immediately obvious problems. Looks like we’ll have a SOLD STC sign up soon! Wohoo!!! Just hope everything goes smoothly now, although I just know it won’t.
Now if I could just get my finances up here in some semblance of order I would be laughing. ! step forward and 2 steps back seem to be the way to go so far. *just keep hanging in there*

Yeah hope it goes ok, we were in the midst of all this, this time last year. Our buyers didn’t have chain, didn’t stop them (or our vendors for that matter) managing to faff things about, but you get there in the end.
