Forgot to mention
my best birthday present was watching Marcus sitting on my mums knee and reading (extremely well!) to her. I think she was impressed 
Also, we’ve had another person interested in the house. No offers yet, but fingers crossed.

fingers crossed for the house, and where did that come from? You been keeping secret late night hot house sessions, or did he just figure it out all of a sudden all on his own?
