visitors and stuff
Stella and co arrived yesterday on a stop off from being waaaay up North. Was lovely to see them all and really nice to see Alex and Kpie getting on really well. Tbh it’s quite weird seeing Alex being bigger than people, I get so used to even younger children being kind of the same size! Thanks for coming, was lovely having you!
Everything feeling a bit weird lately. Job not going too well for James and he’s extremely down at the moment. I will blog properly soon if I get chance, but will probably be passworded. So it’s making everything else down a bit. Serves me right for having no problems at mudpud camp and feeling really happy. Always likes to bring you down does sods law!
Hopefully meeting up with another HE person from Falkirk tomorrow, and another within walking distance! They’re all coming out of the woodwork and it seems there’s quite a few round here now. I think we’ll all have to get together and maybe think about arranging a group over this area.
Alex started gymnastics today and said she had a fab time. Cue her swinging from the ceiling with no fear in a week or two
Been doing a bit of knitting again after really leaving the obsession alone for months. Finished a hat for Marcus in the hesfes style-ee. Trying to finish a little cardigan I started ages ago and got pissed off with cos I think I thought I was too fat for it. Tried it on again though and don’t think it looks too bad. Not that I’ve lost *any* weight since then I don’t think (actually I know) maybe the mirror is just a bit nicer! Or maybe I just don’t give a toss anymore.
Supposed to be off the path this weekend. Can’t decide whether to try and make it tomorrow evening but it would be 9pm at least before we arrive and then we’d still have to pitch the tent and calm kids down before sending them to sleep. Might just go early Saturday instead. Can’t decide. Plus need to organise some sort of food and I just can’t think straight. Want to curl up in a corner.

look forward to seeing you. big hugs for james.
oh, and as a treat - if i remeber to pack it - i have found one of your pre-mixed archers bottles!! [yuk!!!]

Sorry to hear you’re feeling fed up Kirsty
I hope getting away for the weekend will be nice and sometimes a break away from home does help.
Nice to hear you’re making lots of new HE friends nearby.

Great news about the local HE folk making themselves known. Sorry to hear not all is as great, hadn’t realised you’d be trekking down to Off The Path so we’ll see you later today or tomorrow - hurrah!

we’re supposed to be off the path now, but I’m not feeling too good - can’t decide whether we should go or not
