For when we eventually move
I’ve found my next house to rent. How fab is this?? And not too far away from the rent we pay now for a cold, damp shoebox. Can you tell I’m fed up of living here??

Long drive to get to work, or anywhere else for that matter… and you would need to go to work to pay the Band H Council Tax.
